If you’re looking to have a function, we provide several area’s that will accommodate your every need! Whether it’s for you and a crew of 20, or that massive party you always wanted with 150 people, we can provide your own private or semi-private area, function food platters, beverage packages, and help you make your event everything you want and more! Below are the Function spaces we offer, and we can also extend our Function offerings to Garden table bookings as well!


Welcome to the luscious Green Room! It has its own private bar, DJ booth, room for up 120 persons and even comes with its own tree! We guarantee you that you’ll fall in love with it like we have! Frequently used for birthdays, engagement parties, sit down dinners/banquets, and hens parties, it’s our largest and most versatile space ideal for any and every event. Easily suited to large functions of 50 – 120 patrons, here’s what you need to know:

The Green Room is available Sunday – Thursday for a $2000 minimum spend.
You may have the area exclusively for 4 hours, but this can be extended – just ask!

The Green Room is available Fridays and Saturdays for a minimum spend of $2000, and can be used exclusively for however long you like up to 8pm both days.

You do not have to relocate! The room just becomes open to the public after the set times.

The Green Room is unavailable on Public Holiday Eve’s and Public Holidays.

Pre-arranged function food is to be served prior to 8pm.

Option 2 – THE DEN

Welcome to our cozy Den! With large paned windows to allow you to look over the street (We can even open them for you!), enough tables and seating for 20, and space for up to 50! It’s ideal for cocktail functions and times when you want a private party for just you and the crew! You have easy access to our Main Bar, heaters for during the winter, and even its own Arcade Machine!

What you need to know:

  • The minimum spend Sunday – Thursday is $500.00
  • The minimum spend for the Den Friday/Saturday is $500.00
  • The Den is yours exclusively for 4 hours, not exceeding 12am*.
  • You don’t have to relocate at 12am, the room just becomes open to the public.
  • The Den is unavailable Public Holiday Eve’s & Public Holidays*.

* Depending on the event type & surcharges will apply. Please call us to discuss it, we’re always open to it!

It is advised that you let all guests know to arrive prior to 8:30pm on Friday & Saturday to guarantee entry into the venue. We’ve been known to get quite busy after that, and we don’t want your guests to have to wait in line! But yes, we can organise a birthday list for express entry of up to 10 people! We all have favourites, we won’t tell!

All pre-ordered function food must be served prior to 9:30pm.


You can hire out our entire venue! With both bars, the Garden, staff, and all the fun between 7am – 12am Sunday – Thursday. It is also available from 7am – 6pm Fridays, and 12pm – 6pm Saturdays. The minimum spend is $6000.00 May through to September, or $10,000.00 November through to April. This is ideally suited towards groups and parties of 120+. Be Advised (You should definitely read this!)
  • If you are running late for your function, please give us a call! If we don’t hear from you an hour after your functions start time, we will have to give the area away.
  • We unfortunately do not offer the Garden for a private function except for full venue functions (see option 3) but for larger Green Room functions (see option 1) we can give you part of the Garden for those in your party who like the fresh air!
  • You must leave a credit card and drivers licence at the bar upon arrival, but you may pay however you like the end of your function.
  • All pre-arranged function food and bar tabs must be prepaid at least 10 days in advance of your function.
  • For the duration of your function, you may hire one of our Dj’s or make use of our background music. Both the Green Room and The Den have the option to play your own tunes!
  • All private functions have a non-refundable booking/hire fee, but this goes towards your minimum spend!
  • Certain functions, depending on size and duration, will require a Licenced Security Guard to monitor for RSA and safety. Don’t worry though, they’re armed with a smile, and are there to ensure your day runs smoothly and happily!
  • Your function is not confirmed until your booking fee and valid Letter of Agreement have been received.
  • We do not usually allow under 18’s! Please ask us if you are looking to invite any! We can make exceptions in some cases.
  • We practice Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and reserve the right to refuse service.
  • No Pets.
    No Confetti or Glitter of any kind or you will be charged a $140 cleaning fee.
